From her early years as an 18-year-old newbie realtor to her current role as one of South Florida’s most revered business leaders, Patricia has reinterpreted what it means to achieve success in real estate.

Patricia stands out because she believes that real estate is not about closing a deal but about creating trust. Through the years, she has demonstrated that integrity and vision can make a career a legacy. 

Today, as Premier Elite Realty CEO, Patricia continues to inspire agents, clients, and peers. Her story is living proof that grit, grace, and authenticity are the real building blocks of an empire. 

 The Spark of 18 

For Patricia Delinois, real estate was not just a job it was a passion that began when she was only 18. Unlike many teenagers who were unsure of their future, Patricia already had a clear vision. Her inspiration came from her grandfather, a man who had a knack for seeing opportunities where others saw failure. 

He would purchase neglected old hotels and restore them, turning forgotten properties into lively destinations. Watching his creativity and drive left a lasting impact on young Patricia. “I admired his business sense and how he used his creativity to transform properties that no one wanted into something special,” she remembers. “He had a natural charm and was a great salesman. I believe he could sell anything or convince you of just about anything.” 

That spark, passed down through the years, became the foundation of her journey. For Patricia, real estate has always been more than a job it represents a legacy of vision, determination, and transformation. At 18, she started on her destined path, and she has been building upon it ever since.

Starting in real estate at just 18, Patricia Delinois found herself among seasoned agents who had decades of experience. Without a mentor, a clear plan, or a safety net, she depended solely on her determination and hard work. 

“I really didn’t have it easy,” she admits. “The only way I could learn was through my failures. Each time I failed, I seemed to improve. I made many mistakes, but I learned from every single one.” 

Those early challenges didn’t break her; instead, they became the foundation of her strength. Now, as the leader of Premier Elite Realty, with over 175 agents, Patricia uses her experiences to motivate others. She shares the lessons she learned the hard way and reminds her team that while guidance can help, real expertise in real estate only comes with experience. To her, failure isn’t defeat it’s a stepping stone to success. 

The Power of Integrity 

As Patricia Delinois grew Premier Elite Realty into one of Miami’s most respected luxury brokerages, she centered her success around one key principle: integrity. For her, trust was never up for negotiation. 

“There are many deals I could have made but didn’t because they weren’t right for the client,” Patricia shares. “In the end, I believe my word has always been my greatest asset. That’s what built lasting relationships. That’s what sustained us.” 

Unlike many who pursue quick wins, Patricia’s philosophy focuses on planting seeds of trust and nurturing them into lasting partnerships. She sees every client not as a sale, but as a relationship to be cherished. “Our clients become our friends. That’s what sets us apart,” she adds. 

This commitment to honesty has earned her repeat clients and referrals while shaping her brokerage’s culture. For Patricia, success in real estate is straightforward: when integrity comes first, everything else will follow.

When Patricia Delinois took on the leadership of the Miami Association of Realtors—the largest in the country her view of real estate expanded beyond local boundaries. She began to see Miami not just as a city, but as a global crossroads where cultures, ideas, and investments intersect. 

“Miami is a melting pot of cultures. I’ve worked with real estate professionals from around the world,” Patricia explains. Her fluency in French, Spanish, and English has allowed her to build connections across borders, creating trust with clients and partners from every continent. 

Today, Patricia’s network showcases her international reach. “I have over 10,000 direct contacts in my phone,” she laughs, highlighting the relationships she has built over the years. From investors in Europe to developers in Latin America and beyond, her connections reflect the global heartbeat of Miami itself. For Patricia, real estate isn’t limited to geography it’s a universal language of opportunity. 

The Future Skyline 

When Patricia Delinois looks at the cranes dotting Miami’s skyline, she doesn’t merely see construction she sees transformation in action. To her, every new building symbolizes not just growth but also the city’s evolution into one of the world’s most vibrant hubs. 

“Miami is undergoing a major transformation. In five years, you won’t even recognize South Florida,” she confidently predicts. The city, once mainly a vacation spot, is now drawing global companies, entrepreneurs, and visionaries eager to establish themselves in its thriving environment. 

Patricia has witnessed firsthand how the influx of people and businesses has reshaped the culture, economy, and opportunities in the region. The energy is, in her words, “unstoppable.” 

For Patricia, these changes are more than just economic shifts; they tell a larger story of rebirth. As she assists clients in navigating this wave of transformation, she sees Miami not only as her market but as a symbol of growth, resilience, and endless possibilities.

For Patricia Delinois, real estate has never been limited to property lines or price tag,s it’s about the stories behind each deal. Every transaction, in her view, is a moment in time, shaping not only skylines but also lives. 

One of her proudest achievements becomes clear each time she drives by Bayside Marketplace. Looking up at the now-iconic Ferris wheel, she holds a smile, knowing she negotiated the land lease that brought it to life. “Every time I see it on a postcard, I smile,” she says with pride. 

Her portfolio also includes working with big names like Hulk Hogan and filmmaker Michael Bay. However, despite the allure of celebrity, Patricia has never gauged success by the size of the deal. For her, the real value lies in being part of something meaningful be it an iconic landmark or a family’s first home. 

To Patricia, every sale tells a story. And within each story, she finds a piece of her own legacy.  

Breaking the Mold 

When Patricia Delinois started her own brokerage, she entered a field where few women dared to tread. Most real estate firms were then owned and led by men, and her youth, gender, and ambition made her stand out even more. But instead of viewing these differences as obstacles, Patricia embraced them as strengths. 

“It was rare for a woman to run her own firm back then. But I didn’t let that stop me,” she reflects. “Sometimes standing out is what pushes you forward.” 

Her choice to forge her own path became more than a personal triumph it became a beacon for other women in the field. Patricia’s success story proves that barriers are not unbreakable walls but challenges to be redefined. 

Today, her journey continues to inspire women in real estate and beyond, affirming that leadership knows no gender. By daring to be different, Patricia not only broke into the industry she also helped reshape it. 

Beyond the Business  

For Patricia Delinois, success has never been measured solely by sales or square footage it’s also about the lives she impacts outside of real estate. Her deep commitment to the community has led her to support causes that matter to her, especially the fight against human trafficking. 

Collaborating with director George Monteiro, Patricia co-produced a short film that received over 30 selections, nominations, and awards at international festivals. Their mission didn’t stop there; the team is now working on a feature-length film to raise even greater awareness about this global issue. 

“At the end of my life, people won’t remember the biggest deal I closed,” Patricia says softly. “They’ll remember what I did for the community, the lives I impacted, the causes I supported. That’s the legacy I want to leave.” 

To Patricia, real estate builds empires, but compassion builds legacies and it is this balance that defines her true success.  

Building Wealth, Building Confidence 

When guiding the next generation of women in real estate, Patricia Delinois combines inspiration with practicality. She understands the challenges of starting young and ambitious in a competitive field, and she wants others to know that success is attainable if they don’t let fear hold them back. 

“Don’t let fear stop you. Start however you can,” Patricia advises. She encourages women to think like agents as well as investors. Her golden rule is to take a portion of every commission and invest in real estate themselves. “It’s one of the safest, smartest investments you can make,” she emphasizes, highlighting the importance of building generational wealth. 

Her insights stem from experience she has seen how many of the world’s richest people have built their fortunes in real estate. With a knowing smile, she asks, “Why not you?” 

For Patricia, empowering women means giving them the confidence and tools to aim higher and create better futures.

She believes that the best salespeople are visionaries, builders, and dreamers, capable of turning opportunities into lasting legacies.
